Planning
Full scope review before mobilization. Substrate condition, vapor drive, mechanical coordination, phased access, contamination risk, shutdown windows. Cold storage, cold chain, controlled environments, and data centers each fail differently, so we plan for the building, not just the roof.
Communication
Structured updates on a defined schedule: to the GC, to the owner, to PMR leadership. You will never chase us for a status report, and you will never be surprised by something we knew first. No chasing. No gaps. No surprises.
Accountability
100% self-performed by PMR-trained crews. Our crews are selected for the job, not rotated through it, and they perform to the standard or they come off the roof. No labor brokers, no mystery subs, no excuses.
Closeout
Documentation, as-builts, warranties, and inspections delivered complete, on time, without being asked. When we leave the roof, you hold everything you need to operate, maintain, and prove what was built, down to the last fastener.
